EPS Environmental Ltd working together with Farrans EPSE JV, have been awarded t…Design supply and installation of MCC’s & ICA for nineteen pumping stations in the Castlebar area of Co. Mayo. The control and automation work scope generally consisted of:
- Manufacture of form 2 motor control centers with 2 No Schneider model U DOL or soft start motor starters on a Modbus network.
- The control system included Schneider Premium and Micro PLC’s.
- Configuration and installation of local HMIs at each site.
- RDT Modbus radio telemetry gateway and repeaters.
- 2 No Intouch SCADA systems one located at the main treatment works and one at the local council office.
