EPS Environmental Ltd working together with Farrans EPSE JV, have been awarded t…Design, supply, delivery & installation of a MCC and electrical installation works for a wastewater treatment plant. Work generally consisted of:
Main Works MCC
- Manufacture of form 4 type3 motor control centre with
- 1600Amp mains generator incomer with auto changeover & G59 synchronising
- 30 No Siemens Simicode DOL and S/D Intelligent starters and
- 24 No ABB VSD’s starters on a profibus network.
- Installation and commissioning of power factor correction equipment
- Control & instrumentation
- Harmonic Survey
Storm Tanks MCC
- Manufacture of form 4 type3 motor control centre with
- 100Amp mains income
- 4 No Siemens Simicode DOL and S/D Intelligent starters and
- 2 No ABB VSD’s starters on a profibus network.
- Control & instrumentation
Russell Park MCC
- Manufacture of form 4 type3 motor control centre with
- 630Amp mains generator incomer with manual changeover
- 3 No ABB VSD’s hardwired starters
- Hardwired control & instrumentation
